SleepGuard is built to protect your sleep and your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.
1. Information We Collect
SleepGuard collects only the information necessary to provide subscriptions, improve the app, and keep the service reliable.
Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
- Anonymous device identifiers
- Anonymous usage analytics
- Subscription and purchase status
SleepGuard does not collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Contacts
- Photos
- Messages
- Health data
- Location
2. Screen Time Permissions
SleepGuard uses Apple’s Screen Time APIs to block the apps you select during your configured sleep schedule.
Your selected apps and schedules remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
3. Analytics
SleepGuard uses PostHog to understand how the app is used and improve future updates.
Examples include:
- App launches
- Feature usage
- Button taps
- Anonymous diagnostics
Analytics are never used for advertising.
4. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are managed securely using RevenueCat together with Apple’s App Store.
Payment information is processed by Apple. SleepGuard never receives your credit card information.
5. Your Privacy
We never sell your personal information. Your data is only shared with trusted service providers required to operate SleepGuard.
