Apple Screen Time

SleepGuard uses Apple's Screen Time framework to apply your blocking rules. App selections are managed on-device through this framework — Apple does not share them with us.

Diagnostics

If you opt in, the app may share anonymous crash reports and basic usage metrics so we can improve stability. You can disable this at any time in iOS settings.
