Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SleepGuard iPhone app and its Premium subscription. By using SleepGuard, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Description

SleepGuard helps reduce digital distractions by blocking selected apps during your scheduled sleep hours. The app is designed for personal use and relies on Apple’s Screen Time framework.

2. Subscriptions

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for selecting which apps to block and configuring their own sleep schedule. SleepGuard only enforces the limits you choose inside the app.

4. Availability

While we strive to provide reliable protection, SleepGuard cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in every situation. Service availability may depend on iOS version, Screen Time permissions, and device settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

SleepGuard is provided “as is” without warranties. SleepGuard is a digital wellness tool and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. For sleep concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
